The Parking Services Office is located on the first floor of the Wells Street Parking Structure.  Closest campus parking to Johnston Hall is Structure 2 (12th and Wells streets) or Lot A (16th and Wells streets).  Permits can be arranged in advance for overnights and weekend parking by contacting Parking Services. at 414-288-6911 or via e-mail at muparking@marquette.edu. Prices range from $3 to $6, depending if overnights are included.  

The Milwaukee County Transit System plies Wisconsin Avenue with stops near Johnston Hall.  Adult Fare (age 12 or older) is $2.00 cash.  A downtown shuttle is also available to and from German Fest.  For more information: http://www.ridemcts.com

The city is located  in the southeast corner of Wisconsin on Lake Michigan’s western shore. It is 90 miles north of Chicago via I-94 or Amtrak.  The city newly renovated train station is located at 433 W. Saint Paul Ave. (414-271-0840; (www.amtrak.com).  

General Mitchell International Airport’s 13 airlines offer roughly 225 daily departures and arrivals. Approximately 90 cities are served nonstop or direct from Mitchell International, Wisconsin’s largest airport. Midwest Airlines is the hometown airline service
